Lead pavement management programs for cities, counties and airports, from the condition survey to the council presentation.
What you'll do
- Manage PCI survey and pavement management plan projects end to end
- Set M&R policies, decision trees and unit costs with agency staff
- Review budget scenarios and sign off on five-year plans
